Our client is one of the leading specialist contractors within the Facilities Management sector in the UK; supplying the likes of CBRE, ISS, Arcus and many more.
We are currently seeking a dedicated Air Conditioning Engineer to join their team and play a pivotal role in maintaining and servicing domestic and commercial sites.

£40,000-£45,000 per annum

To undertake the maintenance and repair of air conditioning equipment.
This includes service, maintenance, and repair of split AC systems, VRV/VRF systems, coldrooms, close control and chilled water system
Liaise closely with the client (Domestic & Commercial clients) to maintain excellent stakeholder relationshipsQualifications and Experience:
The ideal candidate will have experience within a Maintenance / Facilities Management environment.
You must have relevant qualifications e.g., FGAS & ODS regs, time served apprenticeship, C&G Level 3 / NVQ or equivalent.
Knowledge of Health & Safety, Permit to Work procedures and safe systems of working.
