South Coast Nursing Homes is an established and successful, family owned and managed care home company based in Worthing, West Sussex.
We currently operate 9 homes across East and West Sussex, with 414 beds, having recently opened a brand-new Home in Central Worthing, named The Poets. Each registered home offers the highest standards of resident care and comfort, 24 hours a day, for long and short-term stays.
Eastridge Manor is a Dementia and Nursing Home in Bolney, Near Haywards Heath.
We are seeking an RGN or RMN with experience of working in a managerial or supervisory role within a nursing home setting. This person will need to demonstrate leadership and mentoring skills.
As RGN/RMN Deputy Manager, you will help coordinate the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring a cost-effective and efficient service.
You will deliver effective clinical leadership and line management to the clinical and non-clinical teams, in addition to assisting with managing budgets and resources.
What the home requires in a Deputy Manager:
* NMC Registered Adult Nurse/RGN or Mental Health Nurse/RMN
* Experience of working as a senior team member, specialising in dementia and nursing care for the elderly and frail
* A strong leader, who is able to motivate, lead, and support clinical and non-clinical staff
* Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge and understanding of CQC essential standards and all legislation relevant to a nursing home
* Financially aware and able to support adherence to budgets
* Have a passion for delivering superior care and service
Package:
* Salary of up to £55,000 per annum, dependent on experience
