Job Description Requirement My client are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to oversee construction projects in commercial, office, and industrial spaces. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and leading the build and fit-out of various construction projects. This role requires strong project management skills, as well as the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders. Responsibilities Lead and manage construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring quality, budget, and schedule adherence Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to facilitate project milestones Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets Manage and mitigate project risks, while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations Communicate effectively with all project stakeholders and provide regular progress updates Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment, promoting diversity and equal opportunities Day-to-day Collaborating with cross-functional teams to plan and execute construction projects Conducting regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to project plans Managing project documentation, contracts, and change orders Analysing project performance and implementing continuous improvement initiatives Building and maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders, suppliers, and subcontractors Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Trade Background SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid are required Proven experience in project management within the construction industry Strong understanding of construction processes, techniques, and materials Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite Commitment to promoting diversity, equality, and inclusion in the workplace
