About the Role:
We are looking for a Senior Procurement professional to provide strategic oversight and drive the procurement function across our portfolio. This senior role requires an experienced individual to optimise procurement processes, ensure supplier performance, and align with best practices and sustainability goals, working closely with the Property Management Leadership Team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Support the Group’s vertical integration strategies, increase profitability and demonstrate value for money to internal and external stakeholders.
2. Oversee and manage procurement arrangements across the portfolio, ensuring optimal supplier engagement.
3. Lead tender processes, leveraging the scale of the portfolio for cost-effective solutions.
4. Ensure supplier performance, innovation, and cost-saving opportunities are maximised.
5. Support the delivery of ESG measurement and reporting to key stakeholders.
Skills and Competencies:
1. Extensive procurement experience within real estate, ideally on the landlord side.
2. Strong financial acumen and the ability to align procurement strategies with asset management goals.
3. Comprehensive understanding of RICS standards, stakeholder management, and compliance.
4. A proactive, solution-oriented mindset, with a focus on driving innovation and cost efficiency.
5. MCIPS is desirable.
