We have an exciting opportunity for a Pharmacy Technician join our Primary Care team at HMP Bullingdon, a category B prison located located near Bicester. HMP Bullingdon is a male prison with operational capacity of around 1,100.
This is a crucial role within the healthcare team, administering medication on the wings, supporting the dispensary and completing IPRA reviews.
Hours: This is a full time role, hours per week, with shifts falling between 07:30am - 19:30 Monday to Friday. Weekends and Bank Holidays are worked on a rota basis. Salary: This position is full time, youll receive an annual salary up to £36,555per annum - depending on experience. How will we support you?

Main duties of the job
As our new Pharmacy Technician, your responsibilities will vary. Some of your duties will include:
1. Provide outstanding quality based care to all patients
2. Deliver personalised, non judgemental care, based on patient feedback
3. Administer medication in line with health in justice policy
4. Provide a safe and secure medicines management service, ensuring standard operating procedures are followed
5. Be a key member of a multi-disciplinary team of healthcare professionals

Our new Pharmacy Technician will:
17. Be registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council with at least NVQ Level 3, or equivalent
18. Have relevant post qualification experience
