We’re looking for a self-starter with strong administration skills to join our Product team as a Products and Services Coordinator to support the end-to-end delivery of CITB products and services.
About this Role
As a Products and Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting the Training Provider Network Manager with the end-to-end development and delivery of CITB products and services. You will work with colleagues across a number of teams, as well as some external stakeholders, to ensure our customer-driven products and services meet the requirements of CITB’s strategic objectives and the needs of the construction industry.
You’ll be joining at an exciting time for Training Provider Network as we prepare for launch. This means you’ll need to enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where your responsibilities may evolve until we transition to a steady business as usual operational model.
The role is based at our Head Office in Peterborough. CITB are currently operating Hybrid working arrangements with the expectation that team members are in the office a minimum of 2 - 3 days per month and in additions as required.
Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
Coordinate the delivery of products and services by coordinating delivery activity across a variety of teams (internal and external)
Provide a dedicated point of contact for the product to internal and external teams and individuals
Develop and maintain relationships with managers and other colleagues from a variety of teams across CITB
Engage with customers, partners, suppliers and other stakeholders outside CITB
Develop and maintain product knowledge and understanding on an ongoing basis including how the product aligns with other CITB products and the wider CITB offering
About you

Are a clear, confident and persuasive communicator who can demonstrate excellent written and verbal skills
Have a strong customer focus and can clearly convey issues and solutions to colleagues and customers
Are self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills
Have experience in managing customer relationships and other stakeholder relationships
Have strong administration skills and high attention to detail when reviewing and producing communications, reports, data and financial information
Are proactive and adept at implementing and managing processes and able to work effectively within a team
