We are looking for a new valuable team member with experience managing operations within a fast paced FMCG environment, within the food growing industry. You will also need experience with retailers audit protocol and sound knowledge of health and safety legislation.
You need to have a passion for growing foods and have a positive and proactive approach to work whilst also being able to be flexible on working hours. IT skills and communication skills are also necessary due to managing the effective running of the site and having to supervise the growing of products and production plans.
Salary;
Up to 45,000 annual depending on experience
Essential Experience;
Management and organisation skills
Worked in a busy growing area
Supervising and assistance in management of H&S
Plan and structure work in a demanding environment
Recognising the importance of providing an excellent level of customer service and work as required achieving the necessary results
Essential Qualifications;
Food Hygiene Qualification
HACCP Qualification
The hours are flexible and rotate on a 5 days per week basis to include weekend work Saturday - Friday, flexibility during audits, visits and peak seasons.
