Job Description Business Development Executive London, UK £40,000 - £70,000 (Dependent Upon Experience) Introduction: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our client, who are a fast-growing and ambitious BIM Consultancy based in the Southeast. This role will be responsible for expanding the business across the London and broader UK construction market. With a focus on outbound business development, you will use your client network to build and nurture relationships, while also developing BD processes to support company growth. Working closely with the Directors, you’ll be integral in driving the firm’s success. Package: £40,000 - £70,000 (Dependent Upon Experience) Open Bonus Scheme Remote working Travel allowance Pension scheme Flexible working arrangements Duties: Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities in London and across the UK construction and BIM sectors. Leverage a strong client network to generate leads and grow business. Organize and conduct face-to-face meetings with prospective clients to drive business development. Collaborate with the Directors to set up and refine business development processes. Develop and execute strategic plans for sustained growth. Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders. Requirements: Strong experience in business development, particularly within the UK Construction, Architectural or BIM industry A solid background and a robust client network in London or the UK construction market Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with confidence in leading meetings and presentations Self-motivated and able to work independently to deliver results Experience in setting up effective business development processes and contributing to company growth
