BMS Controls Engineer required for our client, experts in delivering services to banks, retailers, schools, hospitals and more.
The BMS Controls Engineer will ensure optimal performance of new BMS installations and upgrades to drive down energy usage in order to achieve Zero carbon.
The role will be mobile and provide the opportunity to deliver PPM, remedials, and commissioning work. You will be part of a regional team and have access to exclusive manufacturer training along your journey.
BMS Controls Engineer Remuneration
1. £40,000 - £55,000 DOE

BMS Controls Engineer Duties
1. Identify and deliver opportunities for improvements
2. Design and configure controller strategies and schematics for Trend, Tridium and Distech solutions
3. Carry out surveys, proposals, and quoting of small/remedial works as required
4. Support the wider BMS Operations teams with ad hoc Reactive Callouts
BMS Controls Engineer Requirements
1. Experience equal to the Trend Expert competency level and the ability to confidently modify software and schematics for 963 & IQVision
2. Confident in the use of SET and/or an alternative Software Engineering Tool
3. Strong knowledge of two BMS solutions with the ability to design/modify software and schematics
4. Experienced in integrating solutions/systems through different protocols including Modbus, MBus, Bacnet
5. Ideally have a good knowledge of IT networks and IP Configuration
6. Understanding of Metering and Open Protocol solutions
