* Innovate & Design: Develop advanced electronic designs that align with industry standards, particularly measuring circuits compliant with IEC 61010-1.
* Technical Leadership: Serve as the technical lead for strategic development projects, guiding innovation and execution.
* Next-Gen Product Development: Take a pivotal role in designing and developing next-generation energy products.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work seamlessly with diverse teams across the business to drive projects from concept to completion.
Your ideal background:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced electronics engineer who is passionate about innovation and problem-solving.
Must-Have Qualifications:
Degree in Electronic Engineering or a related field.
10+ years of experience in digital and electronic circuit design, including measurement design and microprocessor selection.
Expertise in electronic circuit design, including layout considerations from 1kV to 5V power and signal.
Strong knowledge of common network protocols (Ethernet, Modbus, BACnet).
Design for EMC and UL certification experience.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a high level of computer literacy.
Strong communication skills in English and ability to work across all levels of the business.
A decisive, confident, and strategic mindset with strong planning and preparation skills.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
Experience in analog circuit design and switch-mode power supplies.
Familiarity with basic CAD principles and software.
