As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Account Management/Customer Services Administrator to support our Account Management Team and help drive the success of our expanding team. Job Summary: The Account Management/Customer Services Administrator will provide crucial support to our Account Management team. This role involves coordinating customer service activities, assisting with account management tasks, and ensuring the smooth operation of our internal processes. You will be working closely with the Account Management Team Leader, helping manage customer accounts, responding to inquiries, booking and confirming waste collections for our range of customers. Key Responsibilities: · Assist our customers with the successful movement of waste on a day-to-day basis, including scheduling, reporting, and coordinating waste collections. · Provide administrative support to the account management team, ensuring accurate record-keeping and documentation. · Handle incoming customer inquiries via email and phone, ensuring prompt and professional responses. · Liaise with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. · Manage and update customer account information, ensuring data accuracy in our systems. · Prepare reports and track key metrics for account management performance. · Assist with onboarding new clients, providing them with relevant information and support. · Collaborate with the team to improve processes and enhance the customer experience. · Support the growth and development of the account management team by contributing ideas and solutions. Key Skills & Experience: · Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role, ideally within account management or sales support. · Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. · Strong organisational skills with a keen attention to detail. · Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. · Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM systems. · A customer-focused mindset with a problem-solving attitude. · Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. · Experience in waste management, recycling, or a related field is a plus but not essential.
