We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive person to join our Clinical Systems Team. A keen learner who has excellent attention to detail would be suited to this exciting and very varied role.

The successful candidate will need to quickly develop a sound expertise of our Clinical Systems - RiO, SystmOne, IAPTus, SOEL and Lillie - in order to provide robust 2nd Line support to clinical system colleagues. Also undertaking routine clinical system administration tasks and configuration tasks will also be a significant part of this role.
Main duties of the job
The role will also support the wider Clinical Systems Team across the areas of Change and Development, RA and Training by undertaking clearly defined tasks, so excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task are essential.
The Clinical Systems Team is in a privileged position in being able to effect positive change across the Trust. We aim to support staff to perform their roles more effectively and ultimately improve patient care through use of the Trust's Clinical Systems. We pride ourselves on our positive, friendly and responsive service and the successful candidate will help us in providing an excellent service both within the Team and Trust-wide.
