As part of the Children in Care Team, you will play a vital role in supporting looked-after children and care leavers. You will work closely with children, families, and partner agencies to deliver tailored support, ensuring each child’s needs are met in a safe, inclusive, and empowering way. We are proactively preparing to meet growing demands while maintaining manageable workloads. To achieve this, we are investing significantly in new positions at management, Social Worker, and Personal Advisor levels, all aimed at delivering the best possible outcomes for our Children and Families. We would value your understanding of the impact of trauma on children, related social care practices, policies, and your thorough knowledge of associated legislation.
