We are seeking a dedicated Unqualified SEN Teacher to join our secondary schools in Chelmsford immediately. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with experience supporting students with SEND who are eager to step into a teaching role.
As an Unqualified SEN Teacher, you will play a crucial role in delivering tailored lessons and interventions, supporting students with a range of additional needs, including Autism, ADHD, and SEMH. You will work closely with experienced teachers, SENCOs, and support staff to create an inclusive and nurturing learning environment.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in an SEN or education setting, strong classroom management skills, and a commitment to helping students reach their full potential. While teaching qualifications are not required, a passion for SEN education, adaptability, and a proactive approach to learning support are essential.
