You will play a key role in a team that prioritises care and understanding in every customer interaction. The Role: Manage outbound calls to arrange servicing or repairs, ensuring customer needs are met with compassion. Efficiently coordinate logistics, respond to emails, and handle paperwork with precision and empathy. Uphold data integrity with systems, focusing on confidentiality and meticulousness.
