Job Description
As an Executive Assistant, you will support the CEO and their direct reports in their day to day roles for Together. You will provide proactive and strategic support assisting with, and taking ownership of, the delivery of projects and company initiatives as well as reporting, planning, scheduling, and organising tasks to keep time and attention focused on company goals, objectives and priorities.
As an Executive Assistant, we are looking for someone to:
* Co-ordinating and managing diaries, managing time effectively and intelligently, using initiative to prioritise urgent matters to ensure the smooth, timely and professional running of the business area at all times
* Understanding the CEO’s priorities, reorganising workload and tasks accordingly to ensure they are able to deliver in their role
* Act as an ambassador, gatekeeper and point of contact for them and their Direct reports at all times, dealing with all matters in an efficient, sensitive and reliable manner
* Managing and organising expenses, travel, meeting arrangements and team events
* Attending weekly and monthly meetings, taking minutes and action points
* Delegate and chase those action points, ensuring all necessary tasks are completed to the deadline required
* Preparation of Board/Executive Packs and agendas/papers/presentations for Committee meetings and general admin support
Qualifications
Essential
* A proven track record as a EA
* Highly proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
* Attention to detail with strong time management and organisational skills
* Self-motivated with a proactive approach and a desire to learn about the business
* Flexible and adaptable to change – able to work in a fast paced environment
