As a Business Intelligence Manager, you will play a pivotal role in defining and executing our BI strategy across our Commercial workstreams. Your work will be instrumental in supporting senior stakeholders, providing them with clear, actionable insights that drive strategic decisions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring that our data solutions are aligned with business goals and operational needs. This role is perfect for a self-driven individual who is excited about learning new tools, mastering new data sets, and navigating the complexities of a fast-paced business environment.
Experience that will put you ahead of the curve
* Experience as a BI Manager or similar lead analytic role, preferably within a media or marketing environment
* Experience in an analytical role within commercial sales or digital advertising is highly desirable, however any of the following are also a plus: eCommerce, subscriptions, marketing, digital analytics
* Adept at generating meaningful insights and reporting by leveraging advertising and audience data from systems such as Google Ad Manager and Google Analytics
* Experience exploiting data from different digital advertising media buying channels including real-time bidding, private marketplace, programmatic direct and first party sales
* Line management experience of a small team and leadership skills to support, motivate and coach team members
* Highly proficient with SQL, data modelling and ETL processes
* Experienced with big data warehouses, e.g. BigQuery or Snowflake
* Skilled in using BI reporting tools, e.g. Looker / Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau
