To be a Specialist Occupational Therapist for the Neurodevelopmental Service, delivering specialist neurodevelopmental assessment and post-diagnostic support to children, young people and families across Norfolk. To work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to assess children and young people for neurodevelopmental disorders such as Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), considering differential diagnoses. To provide supervision of colleagues including mentoring new colleagues and student Occupational Therapists. To review, develop and deliver training programmes and post-diagnostic support that are offered to colleagues, young people, families and other professional groups.
