The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in hotel operations at a managerial level. Youll need exceptional leadership skills to motivate and develop a diverse team and financial acumen to optimise revenue. Were seeking someone with excellent communication skills to engage with team members and guests, strong problem-solving abilities, and a solutions-driven mindset to drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring high cleanliness, maintenance, and guest service standards.
* Maximise revenue opportunities across all streams, including rooms and food & beverage.
* Manage and develop your team through appraisals, personal development plans, and constructive feedback.
* Ensure that exceptional service is consistently delivered and resolve guest complaints effectively.
* Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and food safety regulations to create a safe and welcoming environment.
Location:
Z Hotel Bath is ideally located in the heart of this historic and vibrant city. The hotel is situated on Saw Close, just an 8-minute walk from the train station and offers a prime location. The role will also involve occasional travel to London.
