Role Description LVGI have an exciting new opportunity for a Digital Analyst to join our Performance Marketing team based out of our Guildford or Bournemouth Offices on a 12 month Fixed term Contract. You will be responsible for delivering best in class insights, analysis, data, and measurement that positively impacts on the customer journey and in turn marketing performance and optimisation. Support the marketing team in executing best in-class marketing campaigns that drives incremental growth across our paid and Organic channels. Your Focus: Create analysis, insight and recommendations that are innovative in their creation and presentation, clearly telling the story and drawing conclusions and recommendations not just reporting. The audience for this will be varied from peers to external agencies to Directors. Understand the impact of our marketing and development investment on the customer journey and business performance through advanced analytics techniques such as attribution modelling; to predict and influence the best use of the investment. Set up and test marketing and analytics tags for new features, tools, and technologies. Collaborate with Marketing colleagues to measure marketing campaigns effectively across all channels in a timely, accurate and commercially focussed manner. Actively participate in projects and strategic initiatives to ensure delivery of the Performance Marketing roadmap. Support the marketing team to make data-driven decisions based on commercial results, moving large budgets between activity that performs best and driving efficiencies with our marketing budget where possible. Work closely with our agencies and in house teams to ensure we’re staying ahead and utilising the latest platform features and strategies. Support with budget planning and channel roadmaps where necessary to ensure we’re on track to exceed targets. Our Ways of Working Our office with flex model means that you will have the opportunity to work from home as well as the office. High level of business acumen with ability to offer advice based on data. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and presentation skills to facilitate actionable conversations between technology and business providers. Ability to interpret work undertaken and present findings to support and explain analysis work undertaken in a simple and focused manner. Ability and willingness to work effectively under pressure and to complete the tasks required in a timely manner and with a high degree of accuracy. Customer focused individual with a proactive and innovative approach. Passionate about data. Working knowledge of regulations that impact on use of customer data. Strong influencing skills to internal and external stakeholders at all levels of business. Experience in digital/web analytics tools and techniques from implementation through to delivery. Tools such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Adobe Data Collection, Ensighten. Experience of campaign management tools such as Campaign Manager, SA360, Google / Bing Ads Experience of advanced data manipulation and extraction tools and techniques e.g. Excel, SQL. Support with budget planning and channel roadmaps where necessary to ensure we’re on track to exceed targets.
