We are looking for an Employer Relationship Advisor to join us on our journey to develop lasting relationships with local employers and help to generate placement opportunities for our T-Level students and employment opportunities through our apprenticeship schemes.
Cirencester College have been at the forefront of developing and delivering the ‘Gold Standard’ new T-Level programmes and key to our success is our desire and ability to work in partnership with local and national employers. This is an opportunity to join our dynamic team on this significant program and provide a blend of external employer engagement and networking alongside internal student liaison and support.
We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, who enjoys the challenge of working on diverse tasks and who always provides exceptional customer service. You need to be skilled at relationship building and be confident to generate leads over the telephone. Knowledge of the local and regional labour market is an advantage, as is some experience of sales, but personality, drive and commitment are most important.
It is essential that you have your own transport and business insurance for this role, as you will be expected to travel.
