About The Role RAC's Service, Maintenance & Repair (SMR) Department is continuously growing. This Service brings the garage to the customer, meaning they can have a service or repair at a time and place convenient to them We are recruiting for a dynamic Senior Propositions & Experience Manager to work within our ever-growing SMR division who will be responsible for new propositions within the 5-year growth plan. As the owner of the owner of the SMR end-to-end customer and operational experience you will work with several stakeholders including, Finance, Marketing and Product to manage partners and build strong relationships to underpin RAC SMR targets and brand high-quality reputation. This is a hybrid role based from our Bradley Stoke office - there will be some travel involved and a car included in the package. What you will do Development of acquisition, retention and cross-sell propositions that deliver EBIT contribution to the SMR division Identify, develop and optimise linkages between propositions across SMR and group that drive incremental commercial and customer benefits Own the customer optimising proposition and process to improve customer, operational and financial outcomes Develop commercial strategies that deliver acquisition, repeat spend volume targets Develop cases financial and non-financial to improve customer and operational efficiency outcomes Own the business cases to underpin these plans KPI responsibility for new propositions Quarterly forecasting for new propositions What you will need Commercial experience and proposition development and delivery, within a scaled business Strong level of knowledge and experience in Consumer products and services, including proposition launch/delivery Strong understanding of how to use customer and market insight to create compelling propositions which meet customer needs and maximise sales Highly numerate, able to quickly evaluate concepts financially and assess likely profitability Experience in business casing opportunities and risk and making decisions using business cases Great leadership skills, able to create a compelling vision and strategy for their area, and articulate how RAC propositions will lead the market Be an advocate of frontline colleagues, understanding the critical role they play in delivering new propositions Able to work cross-functionally, with a 'start up' mentality Strong understanding of go-to market channels including call centres and web Strong understanding of how advertising and sales standards apply to the propositions What we offer At RAC, our colleagues go above and beyond to create peace of mind for our members.
