This role is hands-on and based in the heart of the community at the St Albans clinic, with regular collaboration at the Edgware Road HQ alongside the Marketing maestros. Compensation: We're offering a starting salary of £35,000, complemented by a generous bonus linked to your achievements. Your Day-to-Day: Craft and execute innovative strategies to engage with pet parents within your local area, ranging from events to casual conversations in the park. Lead and inspire a team of brand ambassadors, together amplifying their mission. Manage the clinic's waitlist, warmly inviting prospective members to explore the space and services. Host tours and open days, creating memorable experiences that encourage membership sign-ups. You can drive the success of your clinic, including within core membership and additional services, with an eye on sales performance and growth opportunities. Be the friendly face and reliable point of contact for members, ensuring their seamless and joyful journey. Support high retention rates and reconnect with members to understand and address their needs. Build strong, collaborative relationships within the clinic and the broader team, contributing to the culture of care and support.
