Customer Services Administrator

Elevation Recruitment Group are excited to be working with a successful, Rotherham based business, who are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their growing team.
As a Customer Services Administrator, you will carry out the following duties:
* Provide support to customers, installers and end-users via email and telephone
* Give accurate advice on all the company’s product ranges, including resolving product enquiries
* Help maintain and update the company database
The successful candidate for this Customer Services Administrator role will be:
* Ideally from a manufacturing or engineering background, though full training on company products will be provided
* Confident taking high volumes of calls
* Able to maintain excellent levels of customer service
* Experienced in the use of Microsoft Office programs
