About the Role
This role offers a competitive salary of up to £37,500 per annum, with potential increases linked to branch growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the setup and registration of the new branch, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Service Development: Set up and manage the new branch, overseeing all aspects of its operation and ensuring it meets the highest standards of quality and safety.
* Business Growth: Establish strong relationships with local authorities and private clients to grow the client base and increase revenue.
* Leadership: Recruit, manage, and develop a team of care staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high-quality care delivery.
* Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of care delivery in line with CQC regulations and company policies.
* Financial Management: Manage budgets effectively to ensure profitability while maintaining excellent service standards.
* Strategic Planning: Develop and implement growth strategies, including structured plans for salary increases as key milestones are achieved.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A proven track record as a Registered Manager in a domiciliary care setting, with a strong understanding of CQC regulations.
* Excellent networking skills, with experience building successful partnerships within the healthcare sector.
* The ability to motivate and lead a team, driving high performance and ensuring exceptional care standards.
* Strong business acumen and budget management skills.
* A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or willingness to work towards it).
