Job Title: Securities Middle Office Analyst
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Securities Middle Office Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Middle Office, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional securities processing and client service.
In this role, you will utilize your analytical skills to identify trends and develop innovative processes and procedures that improve operational efficiency. You will also take ownership of risk management and control processes, escalating breaches and ensuring the adoption of new policies for risk mitigation.
Key responsibilities include:
* Using your analytical skills to identify trends and develop innovative processes and procedures that improve operational efficiency.
* Taking ownership of risk management and control processes, escalating breaches and ensuring the adoption of new policies for risk mitigation.
* Effectively communicating complex issues, offering clear guidance to team members, while resolving challenges through data-driven decision-making.
* Liaising with institutional financial clients, including hedge fund clients, predominantly via phone, ensuring their queries are dealt with in a professional and timely manner.
* Monitoring inbox queries from clients on a daily basis and monitoring the trade capture systems to ensure any issues or exceptions are spotted and actions are taken when booking trades.
