We are delighted to announce we are recruiting an office-based Sales Consultant to join our well-established Sales Team with the potential to earn over £75,000. No cold calling is required!
We are looking to expand our Reservations team with individuals who thrive on results and are driven by targets. Previous experience in travel is not required and training will be provided. Ideal opportunity for an Estate Agent or Recruitment Consultant.
2 week revolving work pattern - week days 8:15am - 8pm with reduced hours weekends.
Every other weekend off. A typical 2-week pattern would be working Monday, off Tuesday & Wednesday, working Thursday and Friday and then off Saturday, Sunday and Monday. The following week would then operate in reverse.
This offers the luxury of long weekends every other week, plus days off in the week.

Key responsibilities:
* Selling cruise packages on incoming calls, maximising every sales opportunity. No cold calling is required!
* Accurately inputting bookings into our in-house system, as well as partner booking systems.
* Selling added-value items onto packages as appropriate.
* Maintaining the volume of calls taken, sales conversion rate and financial factor according to company targets.
* Increasing and maintaining up-to-date product awareness through personal research, marketing briefs and company training.
* Providing effective solutions to customer sales enquiries relating to the product.
* Updating client information on amended bookings and maintaining professional notes as required.
Required:
* 1 year+ experience in a Sales role - ideally Travel Agency, Estate Agency, or Recruitment.
* Efficient telephone manner.
* Must be able to commute to Colchester, Essex.
Desirable:
* Travel experience is not required but will be an advantage.
