We have a vacancy for a Business Administrator in our Banbury office. The role supports our audit team and other departments.
About the role
You will be crucial in providing efficient and effective administrative support to the Assure UK audit team and other departments.
This includes being responsible for assisting colleagues in various tasks such as supporting audit planning and administration and carrying out financial administration.
This position requires a highly organised, detail orientated individual with excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Main Duties
Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including answering phone calls, contacting clients, responding to emails and handling correspondence:
* Maintain and update company records, databases and filing systems
* Support the HR department with employee onboarding
* Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for team members
* Client invoicing – Drafting invoices, following up on invoice settlement, preparing billing reports
* Provide administrative support to various departments, including audit, marketing and finance
* Assist in the organisation and coordination of company events and activities
* Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
* Third-party confirmations – Learning and managing the third-party confirmations process to support the audit team
* Conduct annual Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks on clients
* Manage the onboarding process for new clients
* Draft proposal documents for prospective clients
* Complete weekly KPI reporting
* Manage and monitor cyber certifications, including ISO certification and Cyber Essentials.
* Deliver excellent customer service at all times, handling enquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
* Maintain regular and effective communication with those involved in the audit process.

* NVQ Level 3 qualification in Business Administration (or equivalent)
