Key Responsibilities include:
9. Lead and motivate the strategic communications team, ensuring high quality service provision through providing clear strategic direction and priorities with the ability to develop and deliver communication strategies to a range of audiences.
10. Advise clients on an appropriate communications and engagement strategy to align to their strategic objectives for their scheme.
11. Support in meeting revenue targets by recommending appropriate solutions to support the operational teams to deliver revenue and work with the senior leadership team to achieve overall business plan and maximise efficiencies and revenue generation.
12. Support new business opportunities by promoting the communications proposition in the sales process and develop the reputation of Capita Pension Solutions as a client communications specialist.
13. Proactively develop and maintain a strong partnership-based relationship with all assigned clients, working collaboratively with the Client Delivery team and other Pensions Solutions functions to deliver the required outcome.
14. Provide strategic counsel to the senior leadership team
What are we looking for:
15. Good understanding and knowledge of UK Pension Schemes and how they operate
16. Proven track record in the delivery of high-impact communications and engagement in a digital environment to deliver the desired business outcomes and meeting client contractual commitments
17. Experience of developing and delivering effective client/member communications in a digital environment
18. Experience in leading and nurturing a team of communications professionals, with a focus on career progression and team success.
19. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multifaceted environment, balancing tight deadlines and multiple priorities with a methodical, strategic approach.
20. A proactive, inquisitive mindset, dedicated to uncovering and capitalizing on new opportunities.
21. Methodical in approach, strong planning skills
22. Highly responsive, proactive and ability to see the bigger picture impact
