Job Description
My Kent based NHS client is seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated HR Advisor to join thier established People function
Reporting to the HR Business Partner and working closely with wider HR colleagues, this key role will see the successful delivery of a comprehensive, professional and high-quality customer focused HR advisory service to nominated clinical directorates/corporate areas .
You will support managers on a range of complex employee relations and people management matters and change management issues. You will also actively contribute to the achievement of workforce plans across your nominated directorates and across the Trust.
To be successful you will have previous experience of working in a busy Employee Relations department. You will have demonstrable experience of supporting managers with employee relations matters, understanding of employment law and its application as well as excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
.

NHS or wider public sector experience is essential
