Senior Business Administrator - Single Point of Advice

SPOA are recruiting one full-time Senior Business Administrator to the Front Door of Children’s Services. This is an opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge of Children’s Services and CAMHS.
The role includes screening all new referrals into Children’s Services and CAMHS and entering information onto our databases. A good telephone manner is essential as you will be taking calls from professionals and members of the public. You will be liaising with team members. Regular supervision and training are available.
This role is desk-based at our offices in Eastbourne, and we are looking for someone to work 37 hours per week on a permanent contract.
Key tasks include:
* Undertake and continuously improve administrative duties in accordance with statutory and departmental requirements including providing telephone cover and message service, setting and maintaining office systems, arranging meetings, and maintaining diaries.
* Produce correspondence and reports from written documents and other sources, including research and analysis as appropriate.
* Accurately input data into computerized departmental systems, databases, and spreadsheets and process, retrieve, analyze and cleanse data as necessary.
We are looking for candidates:
* With effective organization skills
* Who are able to prioritize their own work and team workload to meet deadlines
* Able to undertake a diverse workload and manage conflicting priorities
* Have knowledge of Microsoft Excel, with a good understanding of maintaining spreadsheets and databases, and basic formulas in spreadsheets.
* That have awareness of the services provided by ESCC.
