We are looking for a pension administrator to join our team.
Our Pensions Administrator will be based in our Crawley office supporting one of our two priority A clients.

Core Duties/Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
* Provide administration services to customers, working to agreed targets
* Complete/check casework and provide feedback
* Resolve customer enquiries (oral and written)
* Draft non-standard correspondence in response to customer enquiries
* Perform and issue pension calculations including manual calculations
* Carry out projects and ad-hoc activities, as determined by your Team Leader
Full training will be provided
