About the Role:
As an HLTA on supply, you will:
* Deliver planned lessons across various subjects and year groups in the absence of the teacher.
* Provide targeted support to students in small groups or on a 1:1 basis, catering to their individual learning needs.
* Assist in managing classroom behaviour and creating a positive learning environment.
* Work collaboratively with teachers to prepare resources and ensure lessons run smoothly.
* Use your initiative and creativity to adapt lessons and support students effectively.

Requirements:
* HLTA qualification or equivalent experience.
