* Serve as the first point of contact, greeting and directing visitors and clients professionally.
* Handle incoming calls, route them to the appropriate departments and manage phone enquiries efficiently.
* Manage and distribute incoming mail and packages.
* Maintain a presentable and organised reception area, ensuring the office is well maintained, including ordering office supplies and equipment.
What you'll need to succeed
* Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Familiarity with the use of office equipment.
* Experience in a corporate office, in an administrative, reception or similar capacity OR
* Prior experience working as a receptionist
* Fluent in Welsh
* The ability to work to a high standard, at all times, as well as under pressure.
