The role: In this role you will be responsible for:
* Meet & Greet of customers
* Keeping up to date on our systems and processes
* Maintaining training and qualifications
* Preparing activity areas and equipment
* Ensuring equipment is maintained to meet safety and cleaning standards
* Ensuring the safety of our swimming customers
* Listening and responding to customers’ requests
* Working with your managers to continuously improve service
* Supporting sales and retention
We are looking for motivated, proactive and enthusiastic individuals to join our team at an exciting period of change for Trafford Leisure.
To be successful in this role you must have a RLSS Pool Lifeguard Qualification.

Working Hours: Various hours available including evenings and weekends.
Primary Location: We have constant vacancies across Stretford, Sale and Altrincham.
