A prestigious health advisory and membership body is looking to recruit a temporary Finance Assistant to provide financial and administrative cover. Key Responsibilities of the Finance Assistant role: Acting as point of contact for members, monitoring inboxes and answering finance and membership queries as needed. Use of Xero for invoicing, alongside LMS for adding invoice numbers. Ensuring payments have been received for membership orders, checking against membership forms listed on the organisation’s website. Skills, qualifications and experience of the Finance Assistant role: Experience of using Xero and of working in an accounts receivable function. Experience of working within a membership environment would be advantageous. Excellent customer communication and organisational skills. Strong IT skills. Salary and benefits of the Finance Assistant role: c£13.25 per hour. Temporary placement for 10 working days, starting w/c 7th April. Based in Central London office.
