HR Officer - Compensation, Payroll and Benefits 6 month contract £47,000 per annum plus 25 days holiday pro rata and many more benefits Stockport Exciting contract role has arisen with one of Stockport's most reputable employers for an HR professional to deliver on a Compensation and Benefits project for 6 months. Working to support the HR senior team, the ideal candidate will be responsible for: managing all data harnessing of current compensation and benefits for colleagues delivering effective data analysis collating all accurate and up to date information regarding payroll processes ensure compliance with current legislation deliver competitive and market leading benefits and compensation strategy Key skills required: previous working knowledge and delivery of benefits portals / healthcare schemes / employee benefit options including share schemes ability to advise HR on decision making by providing relevant and detailed accurate information gained from market knowledge / research and reviewing all external supplier options ability to review and analyse complex volume of HR data ability to provide expertise on payroll, bonus structures and salary reviews based on working knowledge and current market research Company offer a superb benefits package and a collaborative culture where your skills and contribution in this project will be highly valued.
