Student Services Administrator
We are looking for two Student Services Administrators to join our Student Services Team.
This is a 35 hours per week, full-time, permanent role offering a salary of £23,498 to £23,957 per annum.

Job Purpose:
Working as part of a team to provide a centralised administration service to support all aspects of the learning process from enquiry to achievement. The department operates between the hours of 8.30am to 7.30pm Monday - Thursday and 8.30am to 4.30pm on Friday. Student Service Administrators will participate in a structured rota to ensure availability of the reception service during business hours, also covering occasional Saturdays. There will also be a requirement to participate in a rota to ensure availability during open days, events, assessments, and enrolments requiring occasional evening and weekend working, at one of the College Campuses or external venues as business needs demand.
Skills and Qualifications:
* Level 2 or above literacy/English qualification (or willing to attain within 12 months of commencing in the post)
* Level 2 or above numeracy/maths qualification (or willing to attain within 12 months of commencing in the post)
* Hold or willing to work towards relevant qualifications e.g. Business Admin/IT and Customer Service at Level 2 or above
* Experience of carrying out routine administrative procedures in a busy environment
* Good organisational skills
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* Flexible approach to working as there may be a requirement to work at other College sites and at offsite venues as business needs demand.
