The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting business duties across a number of sites.\n\nLocation: Edinburgh\n\nSalary: Competitive (up to £28,000 depending on experience)\n\nEmployment type: Full-time, permanent \n\nKey benefits:\n\nAnnual leave and bank holidays \nOvertime hours available \nTraining and development courses\nGenerous pension scheme An average day will include the following:\n\nTo provide all of the necessary administration support for the specific contract\nTo operate and coordinate all of the helpdesk functions and processes\nProvide a single point of contact for the client, service technicians and contractors \nWorking as part of a team to provide support and assistance wherever necessary\nGenerate and prepare monthly reports An ideal candidate will have:\n\nAn understanding of engineers job roles \nCAFM systems\nExperience in scheduling the workforce\nPreferably worked within a FM company previously\nExperience working on a helpdesk \nA Level qualification or equivalent An ideal candidate will be:\n\nFlexible and patient \nA team player \nAble to understand complex information and demonstrate attention to detail\nRemain professional and communicate strongly \nA can-do attitude If this sounds like you please get in touch by contacting Hannah Mitchell at Randstad C&P Newcastle\n\nRandstad CPE values diversity and promotes equality.
