Job Title: Customer Service Advisor (French Speaking) Salary: Up to £12.50 per hour Hours: Between the hours of 07:00am and 22:00pm (Monday to Friday) Location: Bournemouth Type: Temporary Contract Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality customer service in French (spoken and written) Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause, and offering appropriate solutions Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right tools and processes Maintain customer records by updating account information in internal systems Collaborate with internal departments to resolve complex issues Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and company policies Identify and escalate priority issues as needed Requirements: Fluency in French (native or near-native level) and strong English communication skills Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Comfortable using computers and customer support systems A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others JDRCC JDR is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
