As HR Manager, you’ll lead HR initiatives on-site to support and advance the organizational strategy, creating a truly Great Place to Work. Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement a strategic HR plan aligned with the Group’s People Strategy.
• Support the entire employee journey, from onboarding to recognition, ensuring an exceptional employee experience.
• Develop a high-performing workforce by leading training initiatives that meet evolving business needs.
• Provide data-driven insights to guide management decisions and enhance performance.
• Mentor site managers, helping them to master people management skills that drive productivity and engagement.
Your Impact:

What You Bring:
• 3-5+ years of HR generalist experience, ideally in a fast-paced production/manufacturing environment.
• Third-level HR qualification or equivalent.
• Proven expertise in strategic workforce planning, people management, and organizational design.
