We are looking for an energetic and motivated Sales Manager UK & Ireland with excellent proven track record within the Hospitality segments, suppling equipment to both Hotels and or the Health Care segment. This role includes developing and executing sales plans that create growth and sustain long-term customer relationships across both segments; identifying and creating solid Go To Market strategies, generating business with new and existing customers that drive profitable revenue growth. You will apply your product and sales expertise to enable a result driven mindset. Main Responsibilities Actively engage and take ownership of the complete sales cycle of opportunities, including prospecting and hunting sales activities. Manage and monitor, per country, order intakes, opportunities, projects pipeline, quotation performance, planning & forecasts. Actively engaged in customer acquisition, development, as well as increase potential business conversion rates. Main Accounts Management responsibility (direct sales and B2B distribution networks) for existing and potential customers in both UK & Ireland. Review and develop sales channels in both countries, in each segment. Establish sales plans and goals based on in-depth analysis of market conditions, markets sizes, Dometic’s strategic objectives and customer needs. Actively follow up projects’ pipelines on both new constructions, complete refurbishments, and sales strategies for UK & Ireland. Manage Sales-data analysis, forecasts planning, Outlook and budgets. Drive a performance culture and culture change in line with organization vision.
