Accounts Senior
Hours: Full Time (3 days in the office)
They are currently seeking an Accounts Senior to join their team in Chichester on a hybrid basis (3 days in the office). Our expanding team represents a diverse range of clients, including sole traders to multi-million-pound businesses with a global footprint. About the Role:
You will serve as a primary point of contact for designated clients to manage all their accounts compliance and other service requirements. Some of your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
1. Ensuring the completion of all relevant tasks related to client accounts whilst ensuring effective team workflow.
2. Preparation of accounts for companies, partnerships, LLP’s and sole traders and preparation of tax returns and computations.
3. Review of VAT returns.
4. Track the progress of work and ensure to maintain suitable communication levels with clients and internal stakeholders on the progress of tasks.
5. Conducting research whilst addressing and resolving issues for upward communication in more complex clients and/or higher risk aspects of accounts work.
6. Complete administration on client account files and set up relevant file reviews.
7. Opportunity to review work of Accounts Assistants where agreed and assist other service line members as required.
8. Prepare bills and monitor WiP for managers and above when required.
