The Business Development Manager position: As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth, onboarding dealerships, and expanding the client base. Responsibilities of the Business Development Manager: Identify and develop new business opportunities within the car finance sector. Stay up to date with industry trends and market developments. What are we looking for in the next Business Development Manager? Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management (preferably in car finance). A strong track record of onboarding dealerships and hitting/exceeding sales targets. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
