Job Title: Customer Service Complaints Handler

Contract Type: Temp to Perm
Working Pattern: Full Time Mon-Fri, Office Based
Hourly rate: £12.47 an hour

Responsibilities:
* Handle customer complaints and inquiries with utmost professionalism and empathy
* Investigate and resolve customer issues in a timely manner, striving for first-call resolution
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and actions taken
* Collaborate with different departments to ensure customer satisfaction
* Provide feedback to improve customer experience and processes
Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
* Previous experience in a customer service role, complaint handling experience preferred
* Excellent communication and listening skills
* Ability to handle and resolve customer complaints effectively
* Strong problem-solving skills
* Proficient in using CRM systems and MS Office
