This is a fantastic opportunity to join a luxury care home provider who are looking to appoint a Commissioning Home Manager for a stunning new build, located a few miles to the north of Blackburn. This stunning home will provide exceptional care for 63 older people and is due to open in the coming months.
Requirements
1. Accomplished Home Manager/General Manager, evidenced through achieving overall good and above CQC inspection ratings
2. Level 5 Diploma in Management or equivalent
3. Commercial and Private care sector knowledge
4. Sound financial knowledge working with large budgets
5. Comprehensive knowledge of regulation and legislation relevant to managing a care home
Responsibilities
1. Hold Registered Manager registration with CQC for the home
2. Recruitment and management of care and support team
3. Delivering person-centred care for all residents
4. Lead and implement marketing strategy to grow home's occupancy and establish and integrate the home into the local community
5. Delegation of tasks to grow team competencies and accountability
6. Deliver financial Budget
Remuneration
£60 - £75K NEG / DOE
25 days leave plus bank holidays
