Job Description
ServiceNow Architect
The candidate will be responsible as a Solution Architect for designing, deploying, and managing ServiceNow applications development and solution.
Responsibilities:
1. Design end-to-end solutions on the ServiceNow platform, maximizing out-of-the-box features.
2. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, ensuring industry best practices.
3. Provide guidance to ensure that all updates, enhancements, changes, and projects are completed with minimal bugs and defects.
4. Participate in and/or lead design workshops, development, testing, and deployment activities.
5. Engage as a primary technical point of contact with executive-level clients, supporting engagement and program managers.
6. Provide expert-level support and technical mentoring to the implementation team.
7. Collaborate with Product Management and the rest of the ServiceNow leadership team to drive implementation and enhancements.
8. Develop and manage integrations with external systems via APIs, REST, SOAP, and other methods.
9. Create/update detailed documentation of all products including but not limited to design documentation, technical operations, and support documentation.
10. Ensure all work adheres to standard work, policies, and best practices for development and platform maintenance.
11. Proficiency in configuring and designing Virtual Agent conversations using ServiceNow’s Virtual Agent designer.
12. Solid understanding of natural language processing (NLP) principles and practical experience in creating conversational flows.
13. Integrate virtual agents with various ServiceNow modules and external systems ensuring seamless data flow and process automations.
14. Experience in migration of Connect Chat to AWA.
15. Experience with ServiceNow platform development including scripting, integrations, and APIs.
16. Experience in implementing ServiceNow NLU and Microsoft LUIS based dynamic language translation.
