Our client is a leading supplier of food manufacturing equipment and is currently seeking an Internal Service Manager based in Milton Keynes to join their rapidly growing team. They are long-established with over 50 years in the industry and are looking for someone on a full-time permanent basis.
Responsibilities of the Internal Service Manager
1. Support Field Service Engineers.
2. Manage customer experience and take technical calls as necessary.
3. Ensure jobs are planned and scheduled accordingly.
4. Prepare teams for installation and check equipment prior to dispatch.
5. Review service and install reports.
6. Facilitate the fault finding or process development process.
7. Produce Risk Assessment Method Statements.
Requirements for a successful Internal Service Manager
1. Experience working with food manufacturing and packaging equipment.
2. Technical understanding of manufacturing equipment with demonstrable experience performing Technical Support calls.
3. Qualification within a Mechanical or Electrical field preferred.
4. Proven customer-centric experience.
5. Strong administration and analytical skills.
6. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage workloads efficiently.

Summary of the Internal Service Manager role
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000
Location: Milton Keynes, 100% office based
Type of Contract: Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm
