Seeking a 12 Month FTC Brand Manager that can bring their entrepreneurial mindset to support the brand plan, with a specific customer focus on the retail multiples. Providing first-class shopper marketing initiatives as well as launching those already in existence with confidence and creativity.
The Role:
* Lead on all aspects of Shopper Marketing, including packaging, budget management, supplier relationships, and NPD execution.
* Manage relationships with major multiples, pitching to them to drive sales.
* Support the Head of Brand and current Brand Manager to create the brand plan and launch.
* Deliver above-the-line marketing campaigns in partnership with key retailers.
* Work with bakeries and printers, ensuring quality and taste are signed off.
* Collaborate closely with the commercial sales team on presentations, display, distribution targets, and account-specific strategies.
* Work with the wider marketing team to implement cohesive marketing initiatives that drive results in retail and e-commerce.
* Partner with insights and research teams to analyze consumer data and drive brand growth.
* Coordinate events with cross-functional teams.
* Support the planning of social and digital content.
* Assist with NPD planning and launches.
* Oversee the creation and distribution of branded merchandise and sample boxes.
What we’re looking for:
* Marketing degree preferred but not essential.
* FMCG experience is a must.
* Experience working with major retailers.
* Creative and confident when talking with customers, ability to pitch to a first-class standard.
* A keen eye for detail, ability to multitask, and be a real team player who can collaborate well to get the best results.
