Job summary The post holder will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Planned Care Division, by collecting, recording, analyzing, interpreting and reporting on data required to monitor compliance with the Welsh Assembly Government's annual Treatment Referral Time targets and Service and Finance Framework. Responsible for accurately and timely recording of the patient's entire pathway on WPAS. The Path Tracker reviews the progress of the patient's journey through the care pathway and core services such as health records, radiology and pathology. Main duties of the job An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our patient pathway tracking team. The purpose of this role is to ensure progression of the patient journey through the Care Pathway in accordance withWelsh Government Referral to Treatment (RTT) guidelines and requirements. The post holder will work closely with the Surgical Directorate and will liaise with Administrative and Clerical Staff to progress pathway and ensure accuracy of waiting lists throughout all Stages of the Patient Pathway producing reports for Management meetings to demonstrate this progression.
